And what about winter?

Situated only 30 minutes away from the extensive ski slopes of the Glenshee Range, Nethercraig is ideally located to give you access to some of the best skiing that Scotland has to offer.

Whilst the scenic back roads of the the B954 and B951 could easily take you to the slopes, the quicker route is to go back via Blairgowrie and then take the A93 north. Once you reach the slopes, you’ll find a wide variety of lifts and mountain areas to explore either by ski or snowboard.

Park News - Winter

Scotland’s scenery is amazing and Nethercraig is perfectly positioned to enable you and your family to make the most of this beautiful area of the country. The Park itself with its Nature Trail shows some of the best right on site.

We’ve recently introduced a new lodge to the Park which is worth coming to see if you are in the area and are interested in the benefits that this style of holiday living can bring. Please call us to make sure that it’s available for viewing.

For those of you who enjoy nothing more than watching the seemingly endless variety of birds which we have in and around the Park, you’ll be surprised to see that recently we had a visit from a peacock, or perhaps more correctly a peahen. We’re not quite sure where she flew in from, but she stayed around for a few hours until she disappeared again into the forest! For more information on the exceptional variety of wildlife at Nethercraig, why not download our “Birds and Trees of Nethercraig” A3 poster (left)?
