There is a large open-plan lounge, diner with galley kitchen using  stylish furnishings. The spacious lounge boasts a large L-shaped sofa, and a door allowing the living space to flow out onto your private deck. The kitchen is very modern and has plenty of storage. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a delicious meal or for entertaining.

The master bedroom is spacious and boasts a dressing table, an en-suite WC and a large wardrobe. The twin bedroom features two good-sized single beds. There is also a further family shower room.​The holiday home has double glazing, central heating and aerial points throughout.

 

Holiday Home Bookings Information ​

A 10% deposit is required with full balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Short breaks must be paid in full. This is non-refundable.

 

Pets in Holiday Homes

One small dog (by prior arrangement only) may be permitted into the Angus, Angus Vacation Holiday Home and the Lintrathen Lodge. All other  Holiday Homes and lodges are pet free. Please bring your own sleeping baskets/beds for your dog. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must not be left unattended in the holiday home. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the park.

 

Arrival & Departure

Holiday homes are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. A £50 CASH housekeeping deposit is required upon arrival. This is refunded upon your departure. Please leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to inspect the holiday home before departure and to charge additional fees for cleaning, damage and breakages. Please note that towels are not provided. Minimum 3 night stay.
