A bright and comfortable holiday home on a quiet pitch with outside decking ideal for alfresco dining. It is in close proximity to our woodland walk.  There is an open plan living room with U-shaped kitchen and ample dining space. The two bedrooms sleeps up to 4 with a bright double bedroom, with en suite, and a twin room. There is a separate shower room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin

Holiday Home Bookings Information ​

 

A 10% deposit is required with full balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.  This is non-refundable.

 

Pets in Holiday Homes

One small dog (by prior arrangement only) may be permitted into the Angus, Angus Vacation Holiday Home and the Lintrathen Lodge. All other  Holiday Homes and lodges are pet free. Please bring your own sleeping baskets/beds for your dog. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must not be left unattended in the holiday home. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the park.

 

Arrival & Departure

Holiday homes are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. A £50 CASH housekeeping deposit is required upon arrival. This is refunded upon your departure. Please leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to inspect the holiday home before departure and to charge additional fees for cleaning, damage and breakages. Please note that towels are not provided. Minimum 3 night stay.
